We’re excited to get your custom T-shirts into your hands as quickly as possible! Because every item is made to order, please review the information below to understand our production and delivery process.

🛠️ Production Time

All T-shirts are made to order. Our current average production time is:

  • Standard Orders: 3–7 business days

  • High Volume/Peak Seasons: 5–10 business days

We begin production once your order is confirmed and payment is received. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they enter production.

🚚 Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

Shipping times are in addition to production time and vary depending on your location.

Domestic Shipping (within India):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website. If you don’t receive tracking details within 10 business days, please contact us.

📬 Shipping Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Missed deliveries or unclaimed packages

  • Additional fees for address corrections or re-shipments

❗ Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us at anjulatag2@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, but please note that delays caused by external factors are beyond our control.

  • We currently ship from Nagpur, India.

  • Delivery estimates may vary during holiday seasons or sales events.

  • We do not currently offer local pickup.
